Aylan has over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry managing numerous commercial, retail, and hospital construction projects with responsibilities including scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, coordinating with architects, and quality control. Aylan has additional experience managing renovations, new build-outs and multi phased projects while preparing RFP’s and developing project presentations.
